This Privacy Policy applies to the Tideglass Dive mobile application (the “App”). The App is designed for adults aged 18 and over. The App is provided as an offline single-player adventure game.

2. Information We Collect

We do not collect, request, or receive personal information from users through the App. The App does not require an account, registration, login, or submission of personal details.

The App does not collect analytics, advertising identifiers, precise or approximate location, contacts, photos, payment information, or other personal data.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

To provide core gameplay features, the App stores limited game-related information locally on your device. This may include:

• campaign progress and completed challenges;
• the current position in an active challenge, so you can continue later;
• your local gameplay preferences, such as Motion and Haptics settings.

This information is used only to operate the game and is not sent to us or to third parties by the App. The App does not provide accounts, cloud saves, or cross-device synchronisation. You can generally remove locally stored App data through your Android device settings or by uninstalling the App. Device and operating-system backup features, where enabled and supported, are controlled by your device settings and platform provider.

4. Sharing and Disclosure

We do not sell, rent, share, or disclose personal information because the App does not collect personal information. The App does not transmit gameplay progress or settings to the developer or to third parties.

5. Third-Party Services, SDKs, and Advertising

The App does not contain third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or other third-party SDKs. It does not display advertisements and does not include in-app purchases, online rankings, multiplayer functionality, or account services.

6. Internet and Offline Use

Tideglass Dive is designed to work offline. An internet connection is not required to play the game. The App does not use an online service to store or synchronise your game progress.

7. Children’s Privacy and Age Restriction

Tideglass Dive is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since the App does not collect personal information, it does not operate a process for collecting or maintaining children’s personal data.

8. Data Security and Retention

The App keeps its gameplay data locally on your device and does not transmit that data to us. We therefore do not maintain a server-side database of user profiles or gameplay histories. The security of information stored on your device also depends on your device’s operating system, settings, and physical security.

9. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy if the App’s features or applicable requirements change. Any revised version will be made available on this page, and the effective date at the top will be updated.
